MOTION TO APPROVE sub-recipient agreement with the City of Pompano Beach to accept funds from the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Office of Justice Programs (OJP), Fiscal Year 2019 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program, Award No. 2019-DJ-BX-0432, in the amount of $20,902. The agreement is effective retroactive to October 1, 2018 to September 30, 2022. and will fund a part-time criminal analyst position with the Broward Sheriff’s Office. The County Administrator will be authorized to take all administrative and budgetary actions necessary to implement the award.

B. MOTION TO ADOPT budget Resolution No. 2020-721 within the BSO DOJ Grant Fund, in the amount of $20,902, to pass through to BSO.
