Summary Explanation/Background
As part of the Tradewinds Park Improvements Project, the Broward County Parks and Recreation Division requested that the County grant Florida Power & Light Company a perpetual, non-exclusive underground and overhead utility easement to direct power and provide electricity to the new Gatehouse at Tradewinds Park North located at 3600 West Sample Road in Coconut Creek.
All documents have been reviewed and approved as to form by the Office of the County Attorney.
