MOTION TO APPROVE Interlocal Agreement between the School Board of Broward County (SBBC) and Broward County, effective from July 1, 2022, in the amount of $1,327,840 for NatureScape and Air Quality programming services; and authorize the County Administrator to execute the agreement and take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions, subject to review for legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney, in substantially the form as Exhibit 1, and authorize the Director of Purchasing to approve nonmaterial changes that do not increase the total cost to County; and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute the final approved version.

Why Action is Necessary
Pursuant to Florida Statutes Section 163.01, action is required by the Broward County Board of County Commissioners to approve an interlocal agreement between Broward County and the School Board of Broward County.
