THE RESILIENT ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE URBAN PLANNING DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
The Urban Planning Division received a request to vacate a portion of a variable width drainage easement lying within Tracts 1 and 2 of the Jacaranda Parcel 761 Plat, as recorded in Official Records Book 113, Page 45 of the Official Records of Broward County, Florida.
