MOTION TO APPROVE Revocable License Agreement with the City of Sunrise (“City”), granting the City nonexclusive access and use of County property to construct improvements at the Dan Pearl Library located in the City, in substantially the form as Exhibit 1; and authorize the County Administrator to execute the Revocable License Agreement with any required modifications, provided such modifications do not impose any additional material risk on the County, and subject to review and approval as to legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney. Summary Explanation/Background
The City of Sunrise has requested a license from the County to access and use a portion of County property at the Dan Pearl Library located at 10500 W. Oakland Park Boulevard in Sunrise. The Revocable License Agreement will grant the City a revocable license to construct, install, and maintain certain improvements on portions of the Dan Pearl Library.
All documents have been reviewed and approved as to form by the Office of the County Attorney.
