THE RESILIENT ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE HOUSING FINANCE DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.

This item supports the Board's Value of offering sustainable, compatible, innovative housing options for all income-levels, including integrated supportive housing and rapid-rehousing, more specifically, Goal 3: Develop, through effective community collaboration, neighborhoods and communities incorporating intermodal connectivity, while integrating energy efficiency community resilience, and other livability standards and initiatives.

On March 5, 2019, the Board approved a motion (Item No. 7) authorizing the County to enter into an ILA with the City and the CRA for the construction of a Complete Streets Project on NE 4th Avenue, from Sunrise Boulevard to NE 13 Street, as part of the BRP.
