THE RESILIENT ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE URBAN PLANNING DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION, subject to staff recommendations and conditions.
This plat is located on 308 acres on the southeast corner of West Broward Boulevard and South Hiatus Road, in the City of Plantation. The applicant is requesting to add a new 125-foot access opening with centerline located approximately 693-feet south of the north plat limits of Tract B to construct additional residential units.
