Summary Explanation/Background
The Office of the County Auditor conducted a follow-up review of Audit of the Animal Care Division (Report No. 21-05).
The objective of our review was to determine the implementation status of our previous recommendations.
We conclude that of the 150 recommendations in the report, we determined that 84 recommendations were implemented, 38 recommendations were partially implemented, 26 recommendations were not implemented, and two recommendations were no longer applicable.
This follow-up review will be submitted as additional material.
We appreciate the cooperation and assistance provided by the Animal Care Division throughout our review process.
