Conveys property from the City of Sunrise to the County that will enable the County to meet the terms and conditions required by the Florida Department of Transportation ("FDOT") allowing for the design and construction of a fully directional interchange at Pat Salerno Drive and the Sawgrass Expressway.

Summary Explanation/Background
Broward County and the City of Sunrise ("City") have asked the Florida Department of Transportation ("FDOT") to consider the design and construction of a fully directional interchange at Pat Salerno Drive and the Sawgrass Expressway, with ramps accommodating traffic movements both to and from the south and north ("Full Interchange") as part of the FDOT's expansion of the Sawgrass Expressway ("Project"). FDOT has agreed to add the Full Interchange to the Project, subject to certain conditions, including transfer of four parcels of land that include Pat Salerno Drive and its associated right-of-way ("Property") owned by the City.
