Summary Explanation/Background

The Water Management Division requested an easement for the installation, maintenance, and repair of a water main facility located at NW 9th Street in the City of Lauderhill.  On June 13, 2022, the City of Lauderhill approved Resolution No. 22R-06-128 granting the County a 20-foot perpetual, non-exclusive utility easement for the purpose of providing water supply and wastewater services to and from an existing pipe located on a city-owned parcel.

 

All documents have been reviewed and approved as to form by the Office of the County Attorney.
