THE INTERGOVERNMENTAL AFFAIRS/BOARDS SECTION RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF THIS ITEM.

On December 14, 2021, the Board entered into legislative and executive lobbying agreements with Ericks Consultants; Ronald L. Book; Anfield Consulting Group; Ballard Partners; Pittman Law Group; Southern Strategy Group; Tripp Scott; PinPoint Results; Floridian Partners; and Capital City Consulting for state lobbying services. This item will extend ten existing agreements until September 30, 2023, with two one-year extensions. There are no further extensions available under these agreements.

If this item is approved, the County Administrator will be authorized to enter into amendments to each of these agreements, extending their term through September 30, 2023, and providing for two additional one-year extensions, at the monthly rates identified in Exhibit 1.
