MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution directing the County Administrator to publish Notice of Public Hearing to be held on October 25, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., to consider adoption of a proposed Resolution amending Article 1.1 of the Administrative Rules Document: BrowardNext regarding amendments to the Environmentally Sensitive Lands Map, the title of which is as follows:
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND ADOPTING AMENDMENT TO ARTICLE 1.1 OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE RULES DOCUMENT: BROWARDNEXT (ADMINISTRATIVE RULES DOCUMENT), REGARDING AMENDMENTS TO THE ENVIRONMENTALLY SENSITIVE LANDS MAP OF THE BROWARD COUNTY LAND USE PLAN; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, INCLUSION IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE RULES DOCUMENT, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

The Planning Council, at its September 22, 2022, public hearing, recommended approval to amend Article 1.1 of the Administrative Rules Document: BrowardNext regarding amendments to the Environmentally Sensitive Lands Map (Vote of the Planning Council; Unanimous; 15-0: Breslau, Brunson, Castillo, Fernandez, Gomez, Hardin, Horland, Levy, Parness, Reiter, Rich, Rosenof, Ryan, Williams and DiGiorgio).
