Commissioner Rich is nominating Dr. Andrea Keener for appointment to serve on the Children's Services Board (CSB) in the category "Community Child Advocate." Dr. Keener served a four-year term (April 10, 2018 to April 10, 2022) and was subsequently appointed by District 2 (Commissioner Bogen) on May 24, 2022. Dr. Keener has been an advocate for child and adolescent mental health for the past two decades. Therefore, the Broward County Human Services Department and the Chair of the Board have suggested Dr. Keener be moved to the "Community Child Advocate" category.
