Summary Explanation/Background
We conducted a follow-up review of our Audit of Transit Division’s Information Technology Operations (Report No. 20-01). The objective of our review was to determine the implementation status of our previous recommendations.
We conclude that of 30 recommendations in the report, we determined that 20 recommendations were implemented and ten were partially implemented. We commend management for implementing our recommendations.
We appreciate the cooperation and assistance provided by the staff of the Transit and Enterprise Technology Services Division throughout our review process.
