THE AVIATION DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
This action approves the First Amendment to the Agreement between the County and GO Shuttle for Shared Ride Services at FLL to reduce the amount of the required motor vehicle liability limits.
The County and GO Shuttle entered into an Agreement for Shared Ride and Limousine Concession Services at FLL (RFP # 2018-06-05-0-AV-03) effective on December 4, 2018 ("Agreement"). The term of the Agreement commenced on January 1, 2019, with a termination date three years thereafter, unless extended or otherwise terminated as provide in the Agreement. The County has the option to extend the Agreement for two additional successive one-year terms.
