Summary Explanation/Background
COUNTY ADMINISTRATION/REAL PROPERTY SECTION RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.

The two properties were acquired by Broward County by right-of-way deeds on March 3, 1960. The City of Coconut Creek has requested the transfer of these properties as the City currently maintains them.

Property 1. The property is identified by Folio Number 4842-31-00-0036 located on NW 45th Avenue, south of Coconut Creek Parkway in Coconut Creek. It measures approximately 118,944 square feet.

Property 2. The property is identified by Folio Number 4842-32-00-0210 located on NW 45th Avenue, south of NW 6th Court in Coconut Creek. It measures approximately 85,021 square feet.

All applicable Broward County agencies were solicited for potential County use for these properties or rights therein, and no current or future use was identified.

All documents have been reviewed and approved as to form by the Office of the County Attorney.
