B. MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution No. 2020-494 accepting a warranty deed executed by LL Hart Development LLC for property located in the City of Hollywood; and authorize recordation of same. (Commission District 7)

Motion A allows the County to accept a utility easement lying over and across a portion of Parcel "A", "Griffin Centre" according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 183, Page 197 of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida.
