A. MOTION TO NOTE FOR THE RECORD execution by the County Administrator, on behalf of Broward County, Federal Aviation Administration Grant Agreement for Airport Improvement Program Project No. 3-12-0029-011-2020; for the Runway 10R-28L Safety Enhancements Project at Broward County's North Perry Airport; and to authorize the County Administrator to take the necessary administrative and budgetary actions; and approve any non-monetary amendments to the agreement, subject to the Office of the County Attorney approving as to legal sufficiency. This grant provides additional funding up to a maximum amount of $1,614,518 and does not require a local match.
(Per the Tuesday Morning Memorandum, this item was withdrawn and replaced with Items 63 and 64.)
B. MOTION TO NOTE FOR THE RECORD execution by the County Administrator, on behalf of Broward County, Federal Aviation Administration Grant Agreement for Airport Improvement Program Project No. 3-12-0025-091-2020; for the North Runway 10R-28L Rehabilitation Runway Lighting Project at Broward County's Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport; and to authorize the County Administrator to take the necessary administrative and budgetary actions; and approve any non-monetary amendments, subject to the Office of the County Attorney approving as to legal sufficiency. This grant provides additional funding up to a maximum amount of $7,280,576 and does not require a local match.
