THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND GROWTH MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
The Planning and Development Management Division has received a request to vacate a 15-foot drainage easement lying within lots 3 and 4, block 7 of Little Harbor on the Hillsboro Section 4 Plat, as recorded in Plat Book 49, Page 25 of the Public Records of Broward County, and is located at 64 Northeast 11 Way in the City of Deerfield Beach.
