THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND GROWTH MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
The Planning and Development Management Division has received a request to vacate a portion of a 35-foot right-of-way and a variable width utility easement lying within Parcel A of Solomon Office Park Plat, as recorded in Plat Book 121, Page 13 of the Public Records of Broward County, located at 7850 Pasadena Boulevard in the City of Pembroke Pines.
