THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND GROWTH MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THIS MOTION.
On March 11, 2008 (Item No. 2), the Board approved an Interlocal Agreement between Broward County and the City of West Park for conveyance of property from Broward County to the City of West Park for development, improvement and use of the land consistent with the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) eligible activities under the federal Department of Housing and Urban Development rules and regulations. The property had been purchased by the County with CDBG funding. This property consists of 0.56 acres and is located on Pembroke Road and NW 56th Avenue within the City of West Park.
