Board of County Commissioners' approval is required to grant an interest in real property pursuant to Broward County Administrative Code, Section 6.23.

Provides Florida Power & Light Company with a perpetual, non-exclusive utility easement for the installation of a transformer box to provide new service lines to power Port Everglades.
