THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND GROWTH MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
The Planning and Development Management Division received a request to vacate one-foot non-access easement lying within Parcel A of Coral Springs R & D Electrical Park Plat, as recorded in Plat Book 101, Page 4 of the Official Records of Broward County, Florida, and located at 4250 Coral Ridge Drive in the City of Coral Springs. Vacating this non-access easement will provide clear and unencumbered title to the property owner.
The City of Coral Springs adopted Resolution No. 2019-058 on December 4, 2019, granting approval of the vacation of the non-access easement.
