Choices Children’s Academy (“CCA”) is a licensed, nonprofit daycare located in Hallandale Beach, Florida, that provides developmentally appropriate programs for up to 78 children. CCA submitted a funding request (Exhibit 1) seeking $104,780 in funding for facility improvements (such as security cameras, kitchen improvements, and safety upgrades for the playground) and classroom materials (such as computers, monitors, and touchscreen whiteboards).
