Summary Explanation/Background

THE RESILIENT ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE URBAN PLANNING DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION, subject to staff recommendations and conditions which will assure compliance with the standards and requirements of Chapter 5, Article IX of the Broward County Code of Ordinances.

 

The applicant is requesting approval of a plat application to develop 100,000 square feet of industrial use on approximately 12.9 acres located on the west side of the C.S.X. Railroad, between Pompano Beach Park Place/Southwest 3 Street and North Cypress Bend Drive.
