MOTION TO DISCUSS revised Administrative Action Plan for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”) Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (“CDBG-DR”) grant funds in the amount of $29,222,000 (“Action Plan”), and provide direction regarding funding allocations. B. MOTION TO APPROVE revised Action Plan based on the direction provided in Motion A; and authorize the County Administrator to: (i) submit the revised Action Plan to HUD; (ii) amend the CDBG-DR Action Plan as may be required as a result of the HUD review process; (iii) take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions for implementation of the revised Action Plan; and (iv) negotiate and execute agreements, amendments, reinstatements, and interlocal agreements with subrecipients and/or contractors/developers to implement the programs and allocate funding for the respective programs, subject to review and approval as to legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney.Tue, 26 May 2026 14:03:55 GMT
