MOTION TO APPROVE Second Amendment to Agreement No. 18-CP-CSA-BGC-01 between Broward County and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County, Inc., in the amounts of $1,199,643 for the Carver Ranches facility and $909,419 for the Reitman facility, for a total of $2,109,062, effective March 1, 2024, to revise the Agreement's insurance and other requirements; authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same; and authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the Agreement as amended.

VOTE: 6-0. Commissioner McKinzie was out of the room during the vote. Commissioner Bogen and Vice-Mayor Furr were not present.
