C. AFFORDABLE HOUSING

D. 25th ANNIVERSARY

E. LIBRARY AWARDS
ACTION: (T-1:13 PM) Mayor Rich congratulated Broward County Library in receiving the Intellectual Freedom Award from the Florida Library Association and recognized Library Division Director Allison Grubbs in receiving the Administrator of the Year by the Florida Library Association. In addition, Mayor Rich congratulated Division Director Allison Grubbs in receiving the Toni Morrison Courage Award for fighting against book banning. (Refer to minutes for full discussion.)

F. HEALTH COLLOBRATIVE
ACTION: (T-1:16 PM) Mayor Rich announced the opening of the Black Maternal Health Collaborative, funded by the Health Foundation of South Florida, which focuses on “maternity desert” areas in the community. (Refer to minutes for full discussion.)
G. MOTHER’S DAY
