Board approval is required to release easements, all or in part, pursuant to Section 27.69 of the Broward County Administrative Code.

THE RESILIENT ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE URBAN PLANNING DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
The Urban Planning Division has received a request to release two ten foot wide utility easements (Official Record Book 19176, Page 532), lying within Parcel A of Elad Plaza Plat (Plat Book 183 Page 689) all included in the Official Records of Broward County, Florida, and generally located on the southwest corner of the intersection of State Road 7 and Griffin Road in the Town of Davie.
Releasing these easements will provide clear and unencumbered title to the property owner.
