MOTION TO APPROVE fixed contract to awarded vendor, Ten-8 Fire & Safety, LLC (formerly known as Ten-8 Fire Equipment, Inc.), under Broward Sheriff's Office Contract No. 16C-108, Fire Apparatus, Accessories and Equipment, for the purchase of a Fire Pumper Truck and related equipment and services for the Port Everglades Department in the not-to-exceed amount of $2,250,000, including approved vehicle options, subject to execution of the proposed Participating Addendum; and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute the Participating Addendum.

MOTION TO AUTHORIZE Purchasing Director to issue payment to Ten-8 Fire & Safety, LLC (formerly known as Ten-8 Fire Equipment, Inc.), under Broward Sheriff's Office Contract No. 16C-108, Fire Apparatus, Accessories and Equipment, for repairs to Fire Truck Engine No. 6 for Fire Station No. 6 located at Broward County Port Everglades in the amount of $102,454, subject to approval and execution of the referenced Participating Addendum.
