MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of Broward County, Florida, approving a standard form for nonfinancial collaborative agreements with organizations offering additional supportive services to certain Broward County social services clients; authorizing the Director or Deputy Director of the Human Services Department to execute the individual agreements, subject to review for legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney; authorizing the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative actions to implement the agreements; and providing for severability and an effective date.

Why Action is Necessary
Broward County Board of County Commissioners ("Commission") adoption of this Resolution is required to approve the terms of a standard form for nonfinancial collaborative agreements and authorize the Human Services Department ("HSD") Director or Deputy Director to execute the individual agreements.
What Action Accomplishes
Adoption of this Resolution provides a standard form for nonfinancial collaborative agreements between Broward County and other organizations that provide a variety of healthcare and related services and authorizes the HSD Director or Deputy Director to approve and execute the agreements with each participating organization.
