PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT/HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING DIVISION RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
West Sample Road is a County Road in the City of Coral Springs. MCREF MFR 1 CORAL SPRINGS II LLC and the City of Coral Springs desire to improve approximately 475 linear feet of Broward County right-of-way along the south side of West Sample Road, west of University Drive ("Revocable License Area").
This item seeks Board approval of a Revocable License Agreement ("Agreement") between Broward County ("County"), MCREF MFR 1 CORAL SPRINGS II LLC, and the City of Coral Springs for installation and maintenance of improvements within the Revocable License Area (Exhibit 1). Exhibit 2 is a location map of said Revocable License Area.
