MOTION TO APPROVE Agreement between Broward County and Vector Holding Corp. d/b/a Vector Media, for the Transit Advertising Program, Request for Proposals (RFP) No. TRN2122974P1, for a three-year initial term with options for up to two additional one-year renewal terms, and a total three-year minimum revenue guarantee to the County of $3,200,000 and minimum three-year media trade value of $750,000; and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute the same.

Why Action is Necessary
In accordance with Broward County Procurement Code Section 21.47(a), Award and Execution Authority, the Board shall make all awards, and authorize the execution of the associated contracts, with a value of more than $500,000, inclusive of the value of any renewals or extensions provided for in the contract, when there is a single bid, rejection, or protest.
What Action Accomplishes
Approves the referenced agreement and authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to execute same.

THE PURCHASING DIVISION AND THE TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
This item supports the Board's Connected Community Goals, "Prominently marketing Broward County as a brand, while increasing public understanding of programs and services," and, "Cooperatively delivering an efficient and accessible regional intermodal transportation network."
The Office of Economic and Small Business Development (OESBD) determined that this project will not contain goals for County Business Enterprise (CBE) due to the project being revenue-generated (Exhibit 2).
