A. MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution providing funding for certain services, the title of which is as follows:
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING APPROPRIATION AND DISBURSEMENT OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF LAW ENFORCEMENT ("FDLE") EDWARD BYRNE MEMORIAL JUSTICE ASSISTANCE GRANT FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $400,603 AND A BROWARD COUNTY MATCH CONTRIBUTION IN THE AMOUNT OF $62,480 FOR AN AGGREGATE AMOUNT OF $463,083 TO SPECIFIED SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2023-2024; AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE NEW AGREEMENTS WITH SPECIFIED SERVICE PROVIDERS AND TAKE ALL NECESSARY ADMINISTRATIVE AND BUDGETARY ACTIONS TO IMPLEMENT THE AGREEMENTS; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

B. MOTION TO APPROVE Grant Agreement C-R7144 between FDLE and Broward County in the amount of $178,000 to County to purchase computer equipment and furniture for the Nancy J. Cotterman Center during the FDLE award period of October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024; authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same; and authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the agreement.

C. MOTION TO APPROVE Grant Agreement C-R7145 between FDLE and Broward County in the amount of $43,504 to County to provide oversight and administration of the FDLE-funded projects during the FDLE award period of October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024; authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same; and authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the agreement.
