Summary Explanation/Background
PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT/HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING DIVISION RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
The Resolution (Exhibit 1) will convey a triangularly shaped parcel of land from 230 Investment, LLC to Broward County. The parcel is located along the southeast corner of North Andrews Avenue and NE 27th Drive in the City of Wilton Manors (Exhibit 2). The executed Warranty Deed (Exhibit 3) is required to provide adequate sight distance at the intersection.
The Resolution and Warranty Deed have been reviewed and approved as to form by the Office of the County Attorney.
