MOTION TO APPROVE grant agreement in the amount of $50,000, effective April 1, 2024, and to authorize the County Administrator to execute any amendments to the grant agreement that do not impose any additional financial obligation on County, subject to review and approval as to legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney; and authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the grant and allocate and implement subsequent partial awards.
