MOTION TO APPROVE Fourth Amendment to Agreement between Broward County ("County") and Worldwide Sports Management Group, LLC, for Promotion and Management of International Cricket Events and Major Cricket Events at Central Broward Regional Park, modifying the capital improvements schedule and other items relating to the International Cricket Council for the 2024 ICC Men's T20 World Cup; authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same; and authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement same. What Action Accomplishes
Modifies the Concession-related Improvements outlined in Exhibit A of the Agreement; further modifies curator credits applied to Worldwide beginning Contract Year 7; and allows County to contract directly with the International Cricket Council (ICC) in preparation for the ICC Men's T20 World Cup.

THE PARKS AND RECREATION DIVISION RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
On June 14, 2017 (Item No. 73), County and Worldwide entered into an agreement for the promotion and management of International Cricket Events and Major Cricket Events at the stadium at Central Broward Regional Park (the "Park"). This agreement has been amended three times, on March 5, 2019 (Item No. 38), on April 6, 2021 (Item No. 56), and on September 9, 2021 (Item No. 35) (the original agreement, together with all amendments, the "Agreement").
