PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT/REAL PROPERTY AND REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT DIVISION RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
On April 17, 2007 (Item No. 8), the Board approved the Facility Use Agreement between the County and the Department of Health to coordinate with the Department of Health regarding the use of County-owned facilities for the provision of community public health services, pursuant to Section 154.01, Florida Statutes.
On June 10, 2014 (Item No. 5), the Board approved the First Amendment to the Facility Use Agreement to modify the list of County-owned facilities being utilized by the Department of Health, amend each party's maintenance and repair obligations, and revise the Notices section of the Facility Use Agreement.
