PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT/HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING DIVISION RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
SE 3rd Avenue is a County road in the City of Fort Lauderdale. Fairfield OFP LLC and the City of Fort Lauderdale desire to improve approximately 465 linear feet of Broward County right-of-way along the east side of SE 3rd Avenue between East Broward Boulevard and SE 2nd Street ("Revocable License Area").
This item seeks Board approval of a Revocable License Agreement ("Agreement") between Broward County ("County"), Fairfield OFP LLC, and the City of Fort Lauderdale for installation and maintenance of improvements within the Revocable License Area (Exhibit 1). Exhibit 2 is a location map of said Revocable License Area.
