A. MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of Broward County, Florida authorizing the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 3 to the Public Transportation Grant Agreement Amendment (PTGA) with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), under which FDOT will provide additional funding in the amount of $3,756,000 (for a total amount of $9,711,953) for continued operations and maintenance of the Interstate 95 (I-95) Express Bus Service; and authorizing the County Administrator to take necessary administrative actions to implement the amended agreement.

VOTE: 8-0. Commissioner Ryan was not present.
B. MOTION TO ADOPT budget Resolution within the Transportation Department's I-95 Express Grant Fund to appropriate revenue in the amount of $3,756,000 to provide funding for continued operations and maintenance of the I-95 Express Bus Service.

A. FDOT requires Broward County Board of County Commissioners (Board) approval of a Resolution authorizing the execution of Public Transportation Grant Agreements (PTGAs).
B. Board approval is required for Budget Resolutions.
