Summary Explanation/Background
THE RESILIENT ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE URBAN PLANNING DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION, subject to staff recommendations and conditions.
This Plat is located on 6.8 acres on the west side of North Federal Highway approximately 1,100 feet north of the northwest corner of East Sunrise Boulevard and North Federal Highway in the City of Fort Lauderdale. The applicant is requesting to amend the existing non-vehicular access line adjacent to the plat along North Federal Highway, to allow for a 12 feet of a shared 20-foot right-turn only access opening located at the southern portion of the plat limits.
