THE RESILIENT ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE URBAN PLANNING DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION, subject to staff recommendations and conditions which will ensure compliance with the standards and requirements of Chapter 5, Article IX of the Broward County Code of Ordinances.
The applicant is requesting approval of a plat application for four (4) single family residences on approximately 9 acres located on the Southeast corner of Southwest 127 Avenue/Appaloosa Trail and Southwest 66 Street/Luray Road, in the Town of Southwest Ranches.
The Development Review Report is attached (Exhibit 1).
