Summary Explanation/Background
THE RESILIENT ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE URBAN PLANNING DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION, subject to staff recommendations and conditions which will ensure compliance with the standards and requirements of Chapter 5, Article IX of the Broward County Code of Ordinances.
This plat is located on 3.3 acres on the north side of Southwest 38 Court, between Southwest 63 Avenue and Davie Road/Southwest 64 Avenue, in the Town of Davie. The plat currently has a restriction of 250 mid-rise units and 5,000 square feet of commercial use. The applicant is requesting to amend the note on the face of the plat to 250 mid-rise units and 10,000 square feet of commercial use.
