MOTION TO APPROVE Seventh Amendment to the Agreement between Broward County and Gresham Smith, Agreement No. R0900601R1, to provide continued consultant services for the Terminal Modernization program at Broward County's Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, for an increase in the not-to-exceed amount of $7,500,000, increasing the total Agreement amount from $55,600,000 to $63,100,000, and update certain rates and terms in the Agreement; and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same.

Why Action is Necessary
In accordance with the Broward County Procurement Code, Section 21.47(a), the Broward County Board of County Commissioners ("Board") shall make all awards, and authorize the execution of the associated contracts, with a value of more than $500,000, inclusive of the value of any renewals or extensions provided for in in the contract.
What Action Accomplishes
Approves the Seventh Amendment ("Seventh Amendment") to the Agreement between Broward County ("County") and Gresham Smith ("Agreement") to provide additional funding for continued consultant services for the Terminal Modernization program at Broward County's Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport ("FLL") and update certain rates and terms in the Agreement.
