MOTION TO APPROVE Federal Aviation Administration Grant Agreement for Airport Improvement Program Project No. 3-12-0025-100-2024 in the amount of $15,289,426, for the construction of the Taxiway A Pavement Rehabilitation project at Broward County's Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport; to authorize the County Administrator to take any necessary administrative and budgetary actions, and to authorize the Director of Aviation to execute the agreement and approve any amendments that do not impose additional financial obligations on Broward County, subject to review for legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney.
