Summary Explanation/Background
THE RESILIENT ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE URBAN PLANNING DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION, subject to staff recommendations and conditions.
This plat is located on 1.3 acres at the southeast corner of Stirling Road and Oakwood Boulevard, in the City of Hollywood. The applicant is requesting to amend the existing non-vehicular access line along Stirling Road, adjacent to the plat and extending south along the ingress/egress easement by creating a 30-foot access opening on the east side of the easement.
This request accompanies a proposed note amendment.
