MOTION TO DIRECT County Attorney’s Office to draft an agreement to provide funding to Feeding South Florida, Inc., in the amount of $5,000 from District 2 excess budgeted office account funds for Fiscal Year 2026 to help nourish local families with healthy food; and to authorize the County Administrator to execute the agreement, subject to review and approval for legal sufficiency by the County Attorney’s Office, and to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement same. This organization needs financial assistance to continue to carry out those efforts, and it is District 2’s goal to further their mission through this proposed agreement.
