THE RESILIENT ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE URBAN PLANNING DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
The Urban Planning Division has received a request to release two ten-foot wide utility easements (Official Records Book 19176, Page 532) lying within Parcel A of the Elad Plaza Plat (Plat Book 183 Page 689), all included in the Official Records Book of Broward County, Florida, and is located at the southwest corner of the intersection between Griffin Road and State Road 7 in the Town of Davie.
Review of this application by the applicable reviewing agencies indicates that there is no objection to the release of the subject easements.
This release application has been reviewed and approved as to form by the Office of the County Attorney (Exhibit 1).
