PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT/REAL PROPERTY AND REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT DIVISION AND WATER & WASTEWATER SERVICES RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.

 

This item accepts a Quit Claim Deed conveying a parcel of real property from the City of Tamarac, located at 4189 W Commercial Blvd, Tamarac, FL 33319 (“Property”).  In 1980, the City of Tamarac granted a perpetual easement to Broward County on the property. In 1981, the City of Tamarac stopped treating its own wastewater and transferred responsibility to Broward County who currently occupies and controls their Master Wastewater Pump Station at this facility.

 

The Resolution and Deed have been reviewed and approved as to form by the Office of the County Attorney.
