Summary Explanation/Background
Broward County (“County”) is the holder of a Lighting Easement (recorded in Official Records Book 11353, Page 617) and a Drainage Easement (recorded in Official Records Book 11353, Page 625) on property owned by Clublink, US, LLC (“Owner”) located at 2660 S. Course Drive, Pompano Beach, Florida 33069. Owner desires to grant FDOT an easement for public transportation purposes that will allow FDOT to install a traffic signal on a portion of the property encumbered by the County’s Drainage Easement and Lighting Easement. FDOT requires that all entities with an interest in the proposed FDOT easement area execute a Subordination Agreement subordinating their interests to FDOT. The Subordination Agreement has been reviewed by Broward County Traffic Engineering and Highway Construction and Engineering divisions and there are no objections to subordinating the County’s interests.
All documents have been reviewed and approved as to legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney.
